999cx Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 999cx platform — whether through the website at 999cx.app, the mobile app, or any other access point — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all registered users and to any person who browses the platform without registering.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement between you and 999cx. Where a conflict arises between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

999cx reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 999cx you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 999cx is strictly an adult gaming platform and no person under 18 is permitted to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a business or any third party.

999cx may request documentary proof of age or identity at any time. If you are unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending resolution.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 999cx. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses or device profiles — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering you must provide accurate, truthful and complete information. This includes your real full name (which must match the name on your payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals), a valid email address, and any other details requested during registration or identity verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 999cx support immediately and change your password without delay.

999cx is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure or from your sharing of those credentials with another person.

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on 999cx are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No other currency is accepted or processed on the platform.

The following deposit methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, bank cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may change over time; the current list of active deposit options is always shown on the deposit page within your account.

All deposit payment accounts must be registered in your own name, matching your verified 999cx account name. Deposits made from accounts registered to another person will be rejected and may trigger an account review.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 999cx does not charge deposit fees from the platform side; your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside 999cx's control.

Deposits are typically credited to your 999cx balance immediately or within a short processing window depending on your chosen payment method. If a deposit does not appear in your account after the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be made to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast-linked bank accounts, or by bank transfer. The destination account must be registered in your own name and must match your verified 999cx account identity. 999cx does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal processing times vary by method and by your VIP tier. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically faster than bank transfers. VIP members from Silver tier upwards receive priority processing, and Diamond tier members benefit from same-day dispatch during normal operating conditions.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may also apply depending on your account status and VIP tier.

999cx does not charge withdrawal fees. The PKR amount you submit in a withdrawal request is the amount sent to your payment account. Any charges applied by your bank or wallet provider are theirs alone and outside 999cx's control.

Withdrawals may be held for verification in the following circumstances: the account has not completed identity verification; the withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to historical account activity; there is a suspected breach of terms; or a payment dispute is under investigation. 999cx will communicate the reason for any hold and the expected resolution timeframe.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

999cx offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. You must read and accept these terms before claiming any bonus.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus offer:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) that must be completed through qualifying games before the bonus and associated winnings can be withdrawn. The exact requirement is stated in the bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free play credits expire if the associated wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe. Expired bonuses are removed from your account without replacement.

Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value outside the specific conditions under which they are awarded.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 999cx operate according to the rules published for each game within the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the platform's server-side records, the server records take precedence.

Technical malfunctions, server errors or communication failures that interrupt a game session do not automatically entitle a player to any payout. 999cx will investigate reported technical issues and determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

The use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other mechanism to play games or place bets programmatically is strictly prohibited. Similarly, any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches or errors in the platform software for financial gain must be reported to support immediately rather than exploited.

Sports betting markets offered on 999cx covering cricket, PSL, T20, football and esports are governed by specific event rules. Settled bets stand as settled. Queries about bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the event outcome.

8. VIP Programme

The 999cx VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier status is determined by accumulated activity points earned through gameplay. All registered accounts begin at Bronze tier.

VIP tier status and associated benefits are reviewed on a rolling basis. Tiers are maintained based on ongoing activity; a significant reduction in activity over the qualifying period may result in tier reassessment. The specific activity thresholds for each tier are published on the VIP page.

VIP benefits including priority withdrawal processing, elevated limits and personal account manager access are provided as a service to qualifying members and may be adjusted by 999cx with reasonable notice. 9. Responsible Gaming

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 999cx platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, verification or at any other point.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment details for deposits.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform to launder money in any form.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

999cx reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, or any activity that puts the integrity of the platform or other players at risk.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 999cx will notify the account holder and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm or loss.

If an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Balances held in accounts closed for reasons other than a terms breach — for example, a voluntary closure request — will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method after identity verification is confirmed.

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds at the time of closure will be voided along with the bonus balance.

12. Privacy and Data

14. Amendments to These Terms
